Drei Schwestern Mountain Traverse

The Drei Schwestern (Three Sisters) traverse is Liechtenstein's ultimate alpine challenge - a multi-day expedition across three dramatic peaks that form the country's most iconic mountain silhouette.

Day 1: Ascend from Planken to the Pfälzerhütte mountain hut (2,108m), where you'll spend the night with stunning sunset views over the Rhine Valley.

Day 2: The main traverse across all three peaks - the Kuhrücken (2,123m), Drei Schwestern (2,052m), and continuing to the Gafleispitz. This exposed ridge walk requires sure-footedness, good weather, and mountaineering experience.

Day 3: Descent to Gaflei or Steg, completing your traverse of Liechtenstein's alpine crown.
