These Terms of Service govern your use of alpinespot.com and all related services, including the Alpine guide library, the AI Trip Planner, and downloadable guides.
AlpineSpot provides interactive trail guides, downloadable guides, and AI-generated multi-day alpine itineraries for hiking, trekking, and alpine destinations across Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein, Germany, France, Italy, and Slovenia.
Guide content is produced and curated by our editorial team with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Trail conditions, opening hours, transport connections, and safety information change frequently — always verify critical details from official sources before setting out.
AlpineSpot is currently in public beta. Features may change, be extended, or be discontinued without prior notice.
Certain features (guide downloads, AI trip planning, pass purchases) require a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 18 years old to register.
Access to the full guide library and AI Trip Planner requires a one-time pass. Current prices:
Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page. All prices include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card details. Passes are personal and non-transferable.
In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalent EEA/Liechtenstein consumer protection law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where delivery has already begun with the consumer's explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Pass access is activated immediately upon successful payment. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal from that point. No refunds are issued for purchased passes.
If a technical error on our side prevents pass activation, contact us at hello@avamundo.com and we will resolve it promptly.
The AI Trip Planner generates personalised multi-day alpine itineraries using your preferences (duration, difficulty, interests, region) and our guide library as context. Itineraries are produced with the assistance of Mistral AI (EU-based).
AI-generated itineraries are illustrative and intended as a starting point for trip planning. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transport connections, trail conditions, or accommodation availability. Always consult official sources and check current trail reports before departure.
By submitting a route suggestion, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not infringe third-party rights. Suggestions are reviewed by AI and our editorial team. We reserve the right to reject any suggestion without explanation. Accepted suggestions may be developed into full guides at our editorial discretion.
All platform content, design, and code are the property of Patrick Kieber unless otherwise stated. Downloaded guides are for your personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be resold, republished, or redistributed without permission.
Alpine activities carry inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlpineSpot is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from reliance on content provided on this platform, including guide descriptions, trail data, or AI-generated itineraries. Always assess conditions on the ground and turn back if conditions are unsafe.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Liechtenstein, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
