The classic way down from the Gurten: from the Gurtenbahn top station past the Ostsignal (858 m) and Studholz, through meadows and the Hasebrunnewald to the valley station in Wabern, with a view over Wabern above the Gurtendorf. Easy, about 310 m down; up by funicular.
