About this guide
Cortina d'Ampezzo is one of the twelve valleys of Dolomiti Superski, whose pass covers 1,200 km of slopes. The Valle pass covers the whole Cortina d'Ampezzo area, including the Skyline and the Lagazuoi run down to Armentarola, together with San Vito di Cadore and Auronzo-Misurina: 120 km of slopes in all.
Cortina first hosted the Winter Olympics in 1956. At Milano Cortina 2026 the Olympia delle Tofane slope was the venue for the women's alpine races.

- Getting there
Cortina Express, Flixbus and Atvo run daily buses from Venice Airport and Venice-Mestre station to the bus terminal at the Ice Stadium. The nearest railway stations are Calalzo di Cadore (35 km, Dolomiti Bus) and Dobbiaco (31 km, SAD). By car, the motorway exits are A27 Belluno (72 km) and A22 Bressanone (87 km).
